Invoices
If your company needs an invoice for the credit you buy — for its records or tax claims — you can get one yourself from the Billing page, for top-ups, commitments, credit packs and auto-recharges. Invoices show the amount you paid and when; credit is prepaid, so every invoice is marked paid and nothing more is due.
Only the account owner can set up and request invoices.
Add your business details
On Billing, find the Invoices card and fill in what should appear on your invoices:

| Business name | The name the invoice is made out to. Leave it empty to use your account name. |
| Send invoices to | The email invoices are sent to. Leave it empty to use your own email. |
| Address | Your billing address, including the two-letter country code (for example AU, US or GB). |
| Tax ID | Your tax number and its kind, for example an Australian ABN or an EU VAT number. |
Click Save details. They apply to every invoice from then on, including invoices you request for earlier payments.
Get an invoice for every payment
Turn on Invoice every payment in the same card. From your next payment on, each top-up, commitment, credit pack and auto-recharge gets a paid invoice, emailed to you and listed under Billing → View invoices.
Turn it off at any time to stop receiving invoices. Invoices you already have stay where they are, and you can still get an invoice for any single payment (below).
If you turn it on without business details, invoices show your account name and email.
Get an invoice for an earlier payment
- Open Billing → Transactions.
- Find the payment and click Get invoice in the Invoice column.
- The invoice is created, emailed to you, and the button changes to View invoice.
Each payment gets one invoice: clicking again shows the same invoice. Get invoice appears on payments made by card, Alipay or WeChat Pay — top-ups, auto-recharges and commitments. It doesn't appear on bonus credit, free credit or refunded payments, which have nothing to invoice.
If it says Preparing…, the invoice is on its way; it appears within a few minutes.
Where to find your invoices
Billing → View invoices lists every invoice on your account, with a link to view it online and a PDF to download.
