Plans & pricing

EcoLink is pay-as-you-go. There is no monthly seat fee and no per-resource subscription — you keep a single credit balance (your wallet) and spend it down per API call, per GPU-hour, and per stored gigabyte. See How billing works for the full model.

The Plans page in the console (console.ecohash.com → Plans) is where you top up beyond a plain card charge: pre-pay in bulk for a bonus, or reach out for an enterprise contract.

Pay-as-you-go (the default)

Nothing to sign up for — it's how every account starts.

  1. Add credit on the Billing page (card, $1–$1,000 per top-up).
  2. Spend it as you use the platform.
  3. Optionally turn on auto-recharge so the balance never empties mid-run.

You only ever pay for what you actually use. Scale up, scale to zero — no commitment.

Commit & save

Pre-pay a larger amount up front and get bonus credit on top. The bigger the commit, the higher the bonus percentage. Both the cash you pay and the bonus land in your wallet immediately, then spend down like any other credit.

How it works:

  1. On the Plans page, find the Commit & save section. Each card is a commit band with its own bonus rate and amount range.
  2. Type the amount you want to commit (within the band's range). The card shows a live preview:
    • You pay — the cash amount
    • Bonus credit — the extra credit you earn
    • Wallet credit — the total added to your balance
  3. Click Commit to pay through Stripe. On success the full amount (cash + bonus) is added to your wallet.

Commit credit is regular wallet balance once added — it funds any resource, never expires into a separate bucket, and follows the same refund policy as any other credit.

The exact bands and bonus percentages are shown live on the Plans page (they're tuned over time), so check there for current rates.

Enterprise

For teams that need more than self-serve:

  • Custom SLAs
  • NET-30 invoice billing (wire / ACH / check) instead of card top-ups
  • Dedicated capacity
  • Multi-year commitments

Enterprise contracts don't change the underlying wallet model — usage is still funded from your balance; the contract just changes how the balance gets topped up (an invoice instead of a card). See Enterprise for details.

To start, email sales@ecohash.com (or use the Enterprise section at the bottom of the Plans page).
